The General Conditions presented here relate to the electronic purchase of products on the www.fershop.it e-commerce site. The site belongs to Janni & Ceschi Srl, whose offices are at Via Stazione 2, 28855 Masera (VB). Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree no. 675/96.
Accepting the conditions of sale.
With the electronic submission of confirmation of their order, the customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the following general and payment conditions in their relations with Janni & Ceschi Srl. The customer declares they have read, and accepted, all the directions provided in accordance with the aforementioned regulations. The customer also acknowledges that Janni & Ceschi Srl will not consider itself bound by different conditions, which have not been previously agreed in writing.
Method of purchase.
Customers purchase products that are available as described online and at the price indicated thereon. Purchase is to be confirmed at the time the details of the order are presented and transport costs, if any, are displayed. Before confirmation of the purchase, the customer will be shown an order summary showing the unit cost of each product chosen, or the total cost when purchasing numerous products, and any transport costs. Price validation and order confirmation via email.
After submitting the order form you will receive an order confirmation via email. The price applied will be the one fixed at the time of ordering.
Guarantee.
All items sold are covered by the manufacturer's warranty that is valid in all Italian territory. The warranty is normally two years for private use and one year for professional use. We also provide a 14 day money back guarantee. In case of defects, failures, lack of satisfaction, we commit ourselves to collecting the goods in question and giving the customer a 100% refund. To obtain a refund, the customer must contact us by phone or email and explain the reasons for their request. The reimbursement is made as soon as the asset in question has been returned to the company.
Right of withdrawal.
Janni & Ceschi Srl recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by current legislation (Legislative Decree DLGS 206/2005). The deadline for exercising this right is 14 days, within which the customer is required to inform us of his intention to withdraw. The customer may inform us by calling 0324 232839. We will then take care of activating the return procedure.
The goods will be sent back to Janni & Ceschi Srl at Via Stazione, 2 - 28855 Masera (VB). Janni & Ceschi srl - Fershop.it is required by law to fully reimburse the customer in the event of withdrawal. In addition, any transport costs incurred by the customer will be reimbursed in full. Purchased goods must be intact, complete with all their parts, and returned to their original packaging. The goods must then be returned in the time and manner described above. Reimbursement will be made within, and no later than, 14 days from receipt of the returned item.
Product handling and delivery times.
Purchased products will be delivered by Janni & Ceschi to the address indicated by the customer. The goods always travel with an accompanying invoice in an envelope. Shipment is made within 24/48 hours from confirmation of the order, except where technical problems arise. We will promptly inform the customer in case of any delay..
Transport.
Transport is carried out by Express Couriers GLS or Bartolini or by traditional courier Arco Spedizioni. Transport costs are €5.90 including VAT. The transport of smaller and less bulky goods takes place by express courier. The transport of bulky and cumbersome goods (EUR pallets) is carried out by traditional courier Arco Spedizioni. Express shipping normally takes place within 24/48 hours (except in unforeseen circumstances such as the temporary unavailability of the product). Traditional transport usually takes 4/5 days depending on the region / area of destination. In special cases (very voluminous or very heavy loads) we reserve the right to evaluate the cost of transport and will clearly notify the customer of this. We will provide a full refund to a customer who does not agree to the proposed cost of transport.
Payments.
For customers who have already been registered the form of payment remains the same as that agreed upon. For new customers the forms of payment accepted are bank transfer, credit card, Paypal, cash on delivery and Sofort-Klarna. With payment by bank transfer, the delivery of goods will take place only after our company has received the bank’s confirmation of payment by fax or email. Cash on delivery will NOT be automatically acceptable. We will be entitled to accept or refuse payment in that form. It is possible to pay cash on delivery up to a maximum amount of € 3,000. The courier in charge of transport will accept cash only.
Protection of privacy.
In regards to the processing of personal data, Janni & Ceschi srl, follows the provisions set out in art. 10 of legislative decree n. 675 dated 31/12/1996.

Data is processed in order to send communications regarding Fershop purchases that have been made (order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email, etc.). The data will also be used to send customers offers and promotions, and commercial communications related to the business.
