Ho acquistato una motosega a batteria e ho avuto un paio di problemi, prima con il corriere e poi con la mancata compatibilità della batteria che già avevo: in entrambi i casi Fershop (che per inciso non aveva dirette responsabilità) si è dimostrato estremamente collaborativo e veloce nell'affrontare le problematiche. Se aggiungiamo i prezzi concorrenziali direi che è un negozio altamente raccomandato.
