HONDA G MOTORE340 ENGINE

This model is equipped with the professional HONDA G2200 OHV 196 cc engine that delivers a maximum output of 4.7 k.

Thanks to the OHV configuration, combustion is very efficient, obviously respecting all European standards.

Starting is very easy and lightweight, thanks to the efficient decompression system and ergonomic handle.

The power-displacement ratio is very high allowing it to withstand demanding workloads, ensuring a maximum of 3500 revolutions per minute.

Obviously the materials are of the highest quality, thus allowing a longer life to the engine. 

Consumption is low, as is vibration and noise (105 dB measured).

ADDITIONAL PROTECTIONS 

To ensure a longer life of the machine OREC has added additional protections on all shredders.

• Protection for the engine: a grille placed in front of the engine air intakes to further protect it from impurities, debris and dust.

• Muffler protection: a protective grille to ensure greater safety for the operator from any contact or impact.  

OREC TRANSMISSION

The transmission is one of the fundamental parts of the machine,and OREC knows it, in fact it designs and builds the transmissions directly in the house, thus guaranteeing a very high quality.

It is equipped with a mechanical gearbox with 3 forward and 1 reverse speeds.

The 1 marcia gear reaches 0.85 km/h, 2.1.78 km/h, 3° 3.14 km/h, while in rear the masima speed is 0.85 km/h.

It is also equipped with differential lock.

The special attention to the transmission by OREC avoids breakage or costly maintenance damage and guarantees a long service life.

This transmission is also complete with SFA - (automatic brake system), that is, a brake that blocks the machine in Incline conditions.

TRACTOR WHEELS 

For a better grip OREC uses a very accentuated TRACTOR profile to allow a less mixture of crushed material from the tread ensuring optimal traction.

The size of the rear wheels is 4 7 7.00 with the 8-tractor model rubber design.

FLAGELLA CUTTING GROUP

OREC has been using this system for many years, this model is equipped with a rotor with 32 flagella, thus guaranteeing its machines not to fear grass, shoots,branches and shrubs.

The oscillation of the knives prevents damage to the machine when it comes into contact with obstacles, for example stones or particularly hard and resistant materials.

The cutting measures are adjustable in height from a minimum of 20 mm. to a maximum of 110 mm. for a width of 52 cm.

HANDLEBARS AND CONTROLS 

To ensure greater durability, the handlebar is made entirely of metal.

The steering levers are particularly ergonomic, easy to grip and operate.

By releasing the feed lever, the SFA system (see traction) comes into operation, which ensures greater safety for the operator.

This handlebar has 4 adjustments to ensure the operator more convenience in using.

STRAP

The belts used are specific for agricultural machinery that has a reverse bend transmission and belt tensioning pulleys.

To increase the service life of these belts, they use gears with reduced thickness and study in depth the positions of the various components used for tension.

These belts withstand a temperature ranging from -30 C C to +90 C

They have a high resistance to fire and oil.
