Description
Fischer left plug - 8x160 fus - with screw
The fischer SXRL-FUS extended fastening is certified together with the fischer safety screw with flanged hexagon head and TX recess for series fastenings of non-load-bearing systems in masonry, concrete, and aerated concrete. The two expansion zones equally induce forces within the semisolid bricks, these combine to form a long expansion element on autoclaved aerated concrete and solid building materials. The extended fastening with safety screw made of galvanized steel is suitable for fastenings in metal constructions.
BENEFITS
1. Also certified for cellular concrete: it has a triple laying depth (50, 70 and 90 mm) to be able to choose according to the intensity of the load.
2. Double stage of expansion: thanks to the special geometry of the dowel, the anchoring forces are distributed uniformly on the walls of the hole.
3.ETA Approved: Allows use on many building materials whilst ensuring a secure fit.
4. Double anti-rotation devices: the four fins near the collar and the two additional extended fins on the expanding body prevent the anchor from rotating during screwing.
5. Wide dimensional range: thicknesses that can be fixed from 10 to 290 mm.

ASSEMBLY
The design of SXRL is thought to have, in a single plug, two different ways of expansion: one for solid and semi-solid materials, and one for cellular concrete.
The SXRL plug is suitable for through installations.
On semi-solid supports, drill only by rotation (without roto-percussion). We suggest:
SXRL-T (with Torx countersunk head screws) for fixing wooden structures;
SXRL-FUS (with flat edge, Torx head hex flange screw) for the installation of metal structures.
