MAIN ADVANTAGES
- VACUUM BRAZING technology which improves the retention of diamond grains, significantly increasing the useful life of the tip, increasing resistance to heating and frictional wear.
- Wax (vegetable paraffin) coating on the inside of the drill bit, which acts as a lubricant to cool the drill bit, reducing its temperature and increasing its life.
- Diamond cutters for dry cutting, no water lubrication required.
- Perfect finish on stoneware and porcelain stoneware.
APPLICATIONS
For drilling ceramic materials, stoneware, porcelain stoneware, marble, granite.
USE
- Hex shank (1/4”) for use with drill, without hammer function.
- Before drilling it is possible to mark the area to be drilled with adhesive tape to prevent the tip from slipping, but this is not necessary, since with diamond cutters it is necessary to start drilling with the tip inclined at an angle between 15-15 35º and perform orbital movements. This way the drill bit will not slip and will last longer.
- Adapt the revolutions to the diameter of the bit you want to drill with, this will extend the useful life of the bits.
