Description
New rim disc for glass - d.230 - diamond
Continuous crown disc excellent for cutting ceramic, marble and klinker. It guarantees high performance and excellent cutting capacity.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1. Make sure this wheel is suitable for the materials to be cut.
2. Always mount the disc in the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow.
3. Make sure the hole in the disc is the same size as the shaft in the machine. Never enlarge the hole of a disc.
4. Check the state of cleanliness of the flanges, the two must have an identical diameter.5.
5. Respect the safety standards always using the protective casing.
6. To ensure long blade life, avoid rough contact with the material to be cut.
7. Avoid excessive stresses that can bind the wheel during cutting.
8. In case of use on portable machines, maintain the alignment of the blade on the cutting section and avoid lateral forces.
9. During very intense use, excessive heating of the disc can cause a vibration of the steel core: let the disc spin at no load for several seconds to accelerate cooling.
