Description
Permanent magnetic lifter ROBUR permanent magnetic lifters are compact, robust and reliable equipment, widely used in factories, warehouses, docks and transport facilities. Designed in compliance with the European standard EN13155, these equipments are suitable for lifting and handling magnetic iron materials such as molds, sheets, pipes, fittings, beams and bars.
The permanent magnet is made of a Neodymium Iron Boron alloy, capable of exerting an extremely high attractive force, so much so that it is defined as "supermagnetic".
No electrical voltage is required, so they can also be used in places where there is no connection available. A single operator can lift, transport and release the load easily, by acting on the operating lever: when the lever is activated, in the ON position, a spring mechanism blocks it, keeping the magnet active and preventing accidental deactivation.
TECHNICAL NOTES:
• Never remove the lever from the ON position until the load is on the ground.
• Maximum efficiency is guaranteed with low carbon materials (e.g. S235, S275, S355)
• Do not use with non-magnetic or partially magnetic materials (e.g. Aisi 304 stainless steel)
• Always check the air gap and reduce the flow rate or assess whether it is unusable based on it.
• Check that there are no protective films, dirt, grease, oil, etc. between the magnet and the load and remove them if necessary.
• Always check the thickness of the surface, and reduce the capacity accordingly or assess whether it is unusable.
• For round surfaces it is always necessary to reduce the flow rate as indicated in the manual.
Technical data:
• Safety factor: 3
• Serial identification plate
Available certificates:
• Manufacturer's Certificate
• CE Declaration of Conformity
• Test Report type 2.2 UNI EN10204
• Use and maintenance manual
